📦 Quote & Booking Requests
· Submit via CASAIR Freight’s online booking form through our online link HERE. This link can also be found on your portal desktop
· After submitting an enquiry you’ll receive an acknowledgement email within 5 minutes.
· If you don't hear from us, please call the team on 08 6399 4303.
🧪 Testing the Form
· Use TEST in the PO field to trial the form.
· You can enter TBA or use the Notes/comments field for estimates or incomplete info.
📝 Helpful Submission Tips
Include the following to streamline processing:
· Sender & Receiver Names
· Contact Numbers
· Email Addresses
· Description of the goods being moved (not satchel, box, pallet)
· Use the Notes/comments field for:
- Special instructions
- Estimated details
- Any other relevant info

Emails and quotes will be forwarded from Odoo, if you do not receive this, please check your junk folder and if necessary, add freight.comms@casair.com.au to your safe senders list
If you are using outlook, you can follow the below steps to add to your safe senders list:
Go to Settings
- Select Mail
- Select Junk email
- Scroll to Senders and select the Safe senders and domains tab
- Select + Add safe sender
- Enter the email address or domain you want to add (freight.comms@casair.com.au)
- Select OK
- Select Save
Please do not send NEW email messages to freight.comms email address – this is only used to reply to emails sent from Odoo.
If you click on "View Quotation" or "View Sales Order" it will take you to the email conversations relating to the job from the point of the quote being provided. You can accept quotes and respond to messages using this option.
