International Freight
When it comes to sending or receiving freight internationally, there are many variables to consider. From small packages to large international freight, it can be daunting for the uninitiated.
Our range of services available includes parcel courier, airfreight and seafreight, with door to door capability in most areas. We also have the ability to facilitate customs clearance to streamline the process for you.
Dangerous Goods
CASAIR Freight has the knowledge to be able to assist with the movement of all classes of Dangerous Goods and batteries. If the sender is unable to consign the freight in compliance with the regulations, CASAIR Freight can arrange this for you.
Failing to declare them is highly illegal and causes severe supply chain disruptions, catastrophic fires, and potentially heavy financial or criminal penalties.
Batteries
Different batteries have different lodgment and consigning requirements including labels used, wording on consignment note and packaging type. Some batteries are forbidden to be travel as airfreight.
To best help us assist you with your battery movement we require as much information as possible to ensure we are accurately advising
you and correctly declaring the item for the mode of transport chosen.

The presence of dangerous goods in your shipment must be declared for legal and safety reasons. If you are not sure then please ask for assistance.
Packing tips
Some airfreight carriers may have issues accepting or challenges handling the following:
· “non homogenous” skids or pallets
· Skids or pallets wrapped with black shrinkwrap
· Dense items such as blocks of metal, heavy, dense samples
· Items too large for screening equipment
All of the above points are considered by CASAIR Freight when lodging freight and we can usually address any challenges at the time and “pivot” to an alternate lodgment plan as needed.
